My Final Thoughts:

All in all i think this is a very well thought out program, One thing I would personnaly do a little different is up the volume on the workouts more, I feel with the amount of food you are eating you can get away with some more lengthy workouts and avoid any over training. But hey I am  a little bit crazy, if you follow this prgram to letter you will get results FAST.
